The Leadership Certificate Series is a virtual program open to Mason students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Participants will explore their personal leadership values, develop skills in emotional intelligence and team collaboration, and learn how to lead with purpose and impact. Through interactive sessions and a supportive cohort model, this series offers opportunities to connect with others, reflect on strengths, and grow as a confident, socially conscious leader.
Participants who attend two or more sessions will receive a CLIE swag item, a digital leadership badge via Mason360, and a certificate of completion.
Learning Outcomes
- Explore your personal leadership values and how they shape the way you lead
- Learn about different leadership styles, emotional intelligence, and how leaders can create social change
- Practice leadership and teamwork skills in real-life group settings
- Reflect on your strengths and set goals to grow as a leader
