Meet the Staff

Leadership Consultants (LCs) are student leaders who inspire, challenge, and support their peers in growing as leaders at Mason. Working with the Center for Leadership and Intercultural Engagement, they design and facilitate engaging programs, workshops, and events that connect leadership to real life. LCs are passionate about helping fellow students discover their strengths, build inclusive communities, and lead with integrity and purpose while gaining their own hands on leadership experience. Student Ambassadors  office operations, event planning and facilitation, outreach, and relationship-building with students while serving in one of four functional areas: Marketing & Communications, Programming & Advising, Workshops & Education, or the Spiritual & Interfaith Center. The position provides hands-on experience in program coordination, marketing, workshop facilitation, community engagement, and student support, while empowering ambassadors to help create inclusive spaces where students feel valued, connected, and supported. Ambassadors also participate in trainings, staff meetings, and major campus initiatives, serving as representatives of CLIE and promoting positive cross-cultural engagement across the university community.
