
2026 Spring Pilot Program
Join us for our Leadership Connection Hours, where students can engage in small group, interactive sessions focused on dynamic leadership topics. Facilitated by our Student Leadership Consultants, these sessions offer an engaging and adaptable experience tailored to the evolving needs of student leaders. Topics may include ethical leadership, effective communication, mentoring, time management, goal setting, conflict resolution, team dynamics and more. This program aims to foster personal growth, enhance leadership skills, and contribute to a supportive campus community. Explore diverse perspectives and build connections that empower you to lead with confidence and purpose.

NOTE: Leadership Connection Hours are designed for a smaller group of participants. We are able to accommodate a maximum of 16 participants for each session. Be sure to register via Mason 360 ahead of time (Registration will open in late January)
